These fees apply per item/action. Carrier/postage costs are additional. Fees below are expressed as handling/processing charges charged from your account credit.

Physical storage
First 30 days are free. After that, storage is charged per item per month (or part thereof).

- Minimum credit is prepaid balance used for scans, handling fees, and forwarding requests.
- Parcel forwarding on the Parcel Forwarding plan has a minimum handling fee of $10.
- Items that arrive without a visible mail ID may incur a $4 search/lookup fee on Pay as you go and Light.
- Invoice removal is available on request.
- Prepaid credit is non-refundable.

We notify you, then you choose: scan, forward, store, or shred.
What is “minimum credit”?
It’s the minimum prepaid balance used to cover usage fees (scans, forwarding handling, storage) as you request actions.
